LEARNING FOR THE ADULTS

PROGRAMS FOR THE YOUNG AT HEART

Starting from scratch or returning to horses later in life, we have something for you!

The beautiful thing about working with horses is that there is a place for everyone. You don't have to gallop over a cross country course (though it is fantastic) to learn to ride. Heck, you don't even have to learn to ride! There are so many ways to spend time with, and learn from horses, and we would love to show you how to enjoy them at your own pace. If you've always wanted to be around them, but you're a little nervous...good, come see us! If you've spent your life around horses, but you know as we do, that there is always something new to learn, come see us! If you don't really want to ride anymore but want to find new ways to participate in the horse world, COME SEE US!

"THE 60-MINUTE HORSE COURSE"

What You Need to Know

No, you can't learn all about horses in an hour. But you can get a crash course on basic handling, safety, confidence & body language that will make you feel a bit more comfortable and give you a foundation to work from. We encourage anyone who wants to start their journey of Equine Education (volunteers, riders, parents of horse crazy kids) or anyone who has been away from horses for a long time, to take this hour long course. If nothing else, you'll leave with a little bit more knowledge for your back pocket!

"EQUINE LITERACY"

Do you want to get back into riding after a long hiatus? Have you always wanted to ride but never had the opportunity to do so? Or maybe you'd like to brush up on your skills on a safe, reliable horse before going on a riding vacation or getting back into regular lessons? Come see us!
